Ordinance 1924-1938, hereby make the following Regulations.

AMENDMENT OF THE GARBAGE REGULATIONS.

1. Regulation 5 A of the Garbage Regulations is amended by insert- oaroaawoi

ing after the word " refuse " the words " or the carcase of any dog, cat dead animal*,

or other like domestic animal or of any domestic bird ".

2. Regulation 5 B of the Garbage Regulation is amended— Fee for removal

(a) by inserting after the words " garden refuse " the words garbage."

" or of sixpence in respect of the carcase of any dog, cat or other like domestic animal or of any domestic bird " ; and

(b) by inserting after the word " refuse " (second occurring)

the words " or carcase ".
