I, ROBERT JAMES ELLICOTT, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Building and Services Ordinance 1924.

A M E N D M E N T OF THE GARBAGE REGULATIONS 2

1. The Schedule to the Garbage Regulations is repealed and the fol­

lowing Schedule substituted:

(a)	in respect of domestic premises—to and in relation to each week included in the period of the hiring of a container, being a week that commences on or after the date of commencement of these Regulations;
(b)	in respect of the removal of garbage from commercial premises—to and in relation to each removal of garbage from a container on or after the date of commencement of these Regu­
lations; and
(c)	in respect of the use of a container on commercial premises—to and in relation to each week included in the period during which a container remains in use on the premises, being a week that commences on or after the date of commencement of these Regulations.

2. (1) Expressions used in this regulation have the same respective

meanings as in the Garbage Regulations.

(2) The amendment effected by regulation 1 applies—
