A, Interior, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Fish Protection Ordnance 1929-1936, hereby make the following Regulations.

A M E N D M E N T OF T H E F I S H P R O T E C T I O N R E G U L A T I O N S .
adding at the end of the definition of " Registrar " the words " and "R,'f-'istrar:" 1. Regulation 3 of the Fish Protection Regulations is amended by Definition of

any person who, in relation to any act or duty, is directed or appointed

in writing by the Minister to perform that act or duty ".

2. Regulation 4.\. is amended bv omitting sub-regulation (1.) and Fees-

inserting in lien thereof the following sub-regulation.

(1.) The following fees shall be payable to the Registrar for a

licence to take fish :—

X.       lj.

Licence for an angler available for one season > (i
Licence for boat or launch used or intended to be used for
taking fish for sale . . . . . . ."> 0 per annum

or

2 (i per half year.

Licence for person taking or attempting to take fish for

pale . . . . . . . . . . . , 5 0 per annum

or

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at
