Regulation undeir the Dentists Registration Ordinances
1931-1932.

A, Health, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Dentists
Registration Ordinances 1931-1932, hereby make the following Regula- tion to come into operation forthwith.

A M E N D M E N T O F T H E D E N T A L R E G U L A T I O N S . After regulation 6 of the Dental Regulations, the following
regulation is added:—•
| Unprofessional | " f. For the purposes of section thir ty of the Ordinance, ' unpro- |
| conduct. | f essional conduct ' on the part of any registered dentist shall, in addition to the matters already prescribed, include— |
(a) the permitting of the use of his name in connexion with
' ••- • the/practice of dentistry at any premises at which he
Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at
| . . •. . . v • | • does not regularly practice his profession; and |
(b) the use of any title or description which' he is not by the
Ordinance entitled to use.".
