Regulation undeir the Dentists Registration Ordinances

1931-1932.

T C H A E L E S W I L L I A M C L A N A N MARR, Minister of State for
A, Health, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Dentists
Registration Ordinances 1931-1932, hereby make the following Regula-

tion to come into operation forthwith.

A M E N D M E N T O F T H E D E N T A L R E G U L A T I O N S .

After regulation 6 of the Dental Regulations, the following

regulation is added:—•

Unprofessional " f. For the purposes of section thir ty of the Ordinance, ' unpro-
conduct. f essional conduct ' on the part of any registered dentist shall, in
addition to the matters already prescribed, include—

(a) the permitting of the use of his name in connexion with

' ••- • the/practice of dentistry at any premises at which he
Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at
. . •. . . v • • does not regularly practice his profession; and

(b) the use of any title or description which' he is not by the

Ordinance entitled to use.".
