The Court of Petty Sessions (Solicitors' Costs) Rules, as amended by these Rules, apply in respect of work done on and after the date of commencement of these Rules and, notwithstanding the repeal effected by these Rules, the Court of Petty Sessions (Solicitors' Costs) Rules, as in force immediately before that date, continue to apply in respect of work done before that date.
