y A L E X A N D E R J O H N McLACHLAN, Vice-President of the 1 , Federal Executive Council, acting for and on behalf of the Attorney-General of. the Commonwealth of Australia, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon me by the Oompanies Ordinance 193.1, hereby make the following Regulation to come into operation on and from the date of the commencement of the Companies Ordinance 1931.

A M E N D M E N T O F T H E C O M F A N 1 E S R E G U L A T I O N S .

The Schedule to the Companies Regulations is amended—

(«•) by omitting the figures " 100 " from Item 2 and inserting in

their stead the figures " 20 " ;

(k). by omitting the figures " 4 0 " from Item 4 and inserting in

their stead the figures ". 20 " ; .

(c) by omitting the figures " 25 " from I tem 9 and inserting in

(d) by adding at the end of that I tem the following proviso:—
