Regulations under the Companies Ordinance^ 1931.

After Regulation 2 of the Companies. Regulations, the following regulations are inserted :—

Fees to bo paid	" 3. The prescribed fees shall be paid in advance upon application
in advance.	being made for registration.or upon'lodgment of any documents, as the

Demand for " -̂ Any demand for fees payable under the Companies Acts or these fees, how made. Regulations shall be deemed to be duly made if a letter requesting their

payment be sent in the ordinary course of post, addressed to the company concerned, or to the manager, secretary or other officer of such company at the place where business is being or was last carried on by the company.
