Regulations under the Companies Ordinance 1854.*

T J O H N A R M S T R O N G S P I C E R , the Attorney-General of the
A, Commonwealth, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon me by
the Companies Ordinance 1954, hereby make the following

Regulations.

A M E N D M E N T O F T H E C O M P A N I E S R E G U L A T I O N S , 1936,
O F T H E S T A T E O F N E W S O U T H W A L E S I N T H E I R
A P P L I C A T I O N I N T H E T E R R I T O R Y .

1. Schedule One to the Companies Regulations, 1936, of the State schedule One.

of New South Wales, in their application in the Territory, is amended
by omitting item 10 and inserting in its stead the following item:—
" 10. For the registration of a company or society under Fart

VI. of the Act, the same fees as are prescribed in respect of a company incorporated or registered under Part III. of the Act—

But with a maximum fee of . . . . .. 50 0 0

or

Where the fees so prescribed are not applicable . . .. 25 0 0".

2. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation commencement,

on the first day of October, 1954.
