Regulation under the Canberra University College

Ordinance 1929-1940.

H E R B E R T V I C T O R J O H N S O N , Minister of State for the
I , Interior, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon me by the
Canberra University College Ordinance 1929-1940, hereby make the

following Regulation.

AMENDMENT OF THE CANBERRA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE REGULATIONS.

Regulation 3 of the Canberra University College Regulations is Membership amended by omitting sub-regulation (1.) and inserting in its stead the Association! following sub-regulation:—

" (1.) Unless exempted in accordance with the next succeeding sub- legulation, every student at the University College shall, after entering for lectures in any year, become a member of The Canberra University College Students' Association, and pay to the Registrar of the University College, not later than the day fixed by the Council as the last day for the payment of fees for the second term, the annual membership fee of that Association.".
