Regulation under the Canberra University College

O r d i n a t e 1929-1940.
H E R B E R T VICTOR J O H N S O N , Minister of State for the
I , Interior, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon me by the

Canberra University College Ordinance 1929-1940, hereby make the following Regulation.

A M E N D M E N T O F T H E C A N B E R R A U N I V E R S I T Y COLLEGE

R E G U L A T I O N S .

After regulation 1B of the Canberra University College Regulations

the following regulation is inserted :—

" l c . The powers of the University College shall include, and shall Further powers

be deemed to have included, power— of college.

(a) to provide and maintain library facilities in connexion with

the College;

(b) to make such provision as the Council thinks appropriate for the training in research of students in the Terr i tory; and

(c) to co-operate, in such manner as the Council thinks most conducive to the effective performance of the functions of the College, with other institutions which provide in the Territory facilities for undergraduate teaching or for research.".
