Regulation under the Canberra Hospitals Ordinance 1938-1973.*

following Regulation under the Canberra Hospitals Ordinance 1938-1973.

A M E N D M E N T OF THE CANBERRA HOSPITALS (CHARGES) REGULATIONS!

Regulation 7 of the Canberra Hospitals (Charges) Regulations is repealed

and the following regulation substituted:—

" 7. The charge for a radiological service, being a radiological service specified in Part 8 of the First Schedule to the National Health Act 1953-1974 (including a report on that service), provided at a hospital is an amount equal to the aggregate of—

(a)	the amount of the basic Commonwealth medical benefit for the lime being applicable, for the purposes of that Act, in respect of that radiological service; and
(b)	the amount for the time being indicated, for the purposes of that Act, as the fund medical benefit in respect of that radiological service for the State of New South Wales.".
