Regulations under the Canberra Community Hospital

Ordinance 1938-1955.*

T D O N A L D A L A S T A I R CAMERON, the Minister of State for
A, Health, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Canberra
Community Hospital Ordinance 1938-1955, hereby make the following
Regulations.

( C H A R G E S ) R E G U L A T I O N S . !

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of Commencement.

December, 1956.

Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (1.) and inserting " ' , u ' 2. Regulation 5 of the Canberra Community Hospital (Charges) Charges for

in its stead the following sub-regulation:—

" (1.) Subject to regulation 9 of these Regulations, the charge for

treatment provided by the Board for an in-patient is at the rate of—

(«) One pound four shillings per day in respect of an in-patient

in a general ward ;

(&) One pound sixteen shillings per day in respect of an in-

patient in an intermediate ward; and

(c) Two pounds two shillings per day in respect of an in-patient
