"(1.) Subject to regulation 9 of these Regulations, the charge for

treatment provided by the Board for an in-patient is at the rate of—

(a) One pound sixteen shillings per day in respect of an in-patient

in a general ward;

(b) Two pounds fourteen shillings per day in respect of an in-

patient in an intermediate ward; and

(c) Three pounds twelve shillings per day in respect of an in-

patient in a private ward.".
