T J O S E P H S I L V E R COLLINGS, the Minister of State for the •*•» Interior, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Building and Services Ordinance 1924-1942, hereby make the following Regulation.

E L E C T R I C S U P P L Y R E G U L A T I O N S .

Regulation 6B of the Canberra and Jervis Bay Electric Supply Hire of electric

Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following liectrirfwater

proviso:— heaters.

" Provided that where, under this paragraph, a hirer incurs, in any year, a liability to pay in respect of any apparatus a sum of money,

the obligation shall be deemed to be discharged if the consumption of

electricity registered on the power and light meters during that year on his premises amounts to a total of not less than one thousand units.".
