Amendment of the Business Names Regulations (ACT)

Regulation under the Business Names Ordinance 1963-1966.*

I, JOHN WINSTON HOWARD, the Minister of State for Business and Consumer Affairs, acting for and on behalf of the Attorney-General of the Commonwealth, hereby make the following Regulation under the Business Names Ordinance 1963-1966.

AMENDMENT OF THE BUSINESS NAMES REGULATIONS!

Regulation 5 of the Business Names Regulations is amended by omitting para­

graph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:—

" (a) the document shall be on paper of medium weight and good quality

and—

(i)   in the case of a document on paper of less than foolscap folio size—not less than 210 millimetres deep by 140 milli­ metres wide; or

(ii)   in any other case—of foolscap folio size or a multiple of that size;".
