Regulation under the Associations Incorporation Ordinance

1953-1966.*

I, JOHN WINSTON HOWARD, the Minister of State for Business and Consumer Affairs, acting for and on behalf of the Attorney-General of the Commonwealth, hereby make the following Regulation under the Associations Incorporation Ordinance 1953-1966.

AMENDMENT OF THE ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION REGULATIONSt

Regulation 3 of the Associations Incorporation Regulations is amended by

omitting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:—

" (a) if the document is not on paper of medium weight and good

quality and—

(i)   in the case of a document on paper of less than foolscap folio size—not less than 210 millimetres deep by 140 milli­ metres wide with a margin at least 50 millimetres wide; or

(ii)   in any other case—of foolscap folio size or a multiple of that size with a margin at least 50 millimetres wide; or ".
