Regulation under the Apprenticeship Ordinance

1936-1938.

I H E E B E E T V I C T O R JOHNSON", the Minister 0f State for the , Interior, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Apprentice-

ship Ordinance 1936-1938, hereby make the following Regulation.

A M E N D M E N T OE T H E A P P R E N T I C E S H I P R E G U L A T I O N S .
Regulation 10 of the Apprenticeship Regulations is amended— Terms and

(a) by inserting, after the words " a n n u a l leave,", the words employment of

" sick leave,"; and apprentices.

(b) by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:—

" (2.) The terms and conditions of employment

specified in any current indenture of apprenticeship shall be deemed to be varied from time to time to such extent as is necessary to give effect to the provisions of the last preceding sub-regulation.".
