Amendment of the Apiaries Regulations (ACT)

Regulation under the Apiaries Ordinance 1928-1937.

Executive Council, acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for the Interior, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Apiaries Ordinance 192S-1937, hereby make the following Regulation.

AMENDMENT OF THE APIARIES REGULATIONS.

The Schedule to the Apiaries Regulations is amended— schedule.

(a) by omitting from Forms A and C the words " The Civic Administrator, Canberra, F.O.T." (wherever occurring) and inserting in their stead the words " The Secretary, Department of the Interior, Canberra " ; and

(b) by omitting from Form B the words "Home Affairs" and

inserting in their stead the words " the Interior ".
