Regulation 50 of the Advisory Council Election Regulations is amended hy omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1.) the words " Liquor Poll held in pursuance of the Liquor Poll Ordinances 1928 or on the roll prepared in pursuance of the Seat of Government Election Regulations (Statutory Rules 1928, !No. 116)" and inserting in their stead the words " election held on the seventeenth day of May One thousand nine hundred and thirty in pursuance of the Ordinance".

3. Eorm 9 in. the Schedule to the Advisory Council Election Regu- lations is amended "by omitting the words "Liquor Poll held in pur- suance of the Liquor Poll Ordinances 1928 or on the roll prepared in pursuance of the Seat of Government Electoral Regulations (Statutory Rules 1928, 3STo. 116)" and inserting in their stead the words "election held oh the seventeenth day of May One thousand nine hundred and thirty in pursuance of the Ordinance ".
