AMENDMENT OF REGULATIONS 1958, No. 13.

Notwithstanding anything contained in regulation 1 of Regulations 1958,	Dates as t rom
MQ 23	which certain charges are

(a) the rates of charges prescribed by sub-regulation (1.) of regula- tion 5 of the Canberra Community Hospital (Charges) Regulations as in force on the first day of November, 1958, continue to apply—

(i) in the case of a person admitted as an in-patient in an obstetric ward.—up to and including the thirty-first day of October, 1959; and

(ii) in any other case—up to and including the twenty-

eighth day of February, 1959; and

(6) the rates of charges prescribed by sub-regulation (1.) of regula- tion 5 of the Canberra Community Hospital (Charges) Regulations as amended by Regulations 1958, No. 13 shall apply—

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

(i) in the case of a person admitted as an in-patient in an obstetric ward—on and after the first day of November, 1959; and

(ii) in any other case—on and after the first day of

March, 1959.
