P URSUANT to the powers conferred upon me by the Ileal Property

Ordinance 1924-1936, I, Robert Gordon Menzies, the Attorney-

General of the Cominouwealth, hereby make the following Regulation.

Regulation 2 of the Registrar of Titles (Office Hours) Regulations

is repealed and the following regulation inserted in its stead:—

•jidce hoin-B. "2 .—( i . ) The hours during which the office of the Registrar shall

be kept open daily throughout the year for the receipt of instruments purporting to deal with or affect any land under the provisions of the Heal Property Ordinance 1925-193G shall be as follows:—

Monday to Friday—10 "a.m. to 12 noon; 1.30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

"(2.) The office of the Registrar shall not be kept open on Sundays or Saturdays or on any day or half-day observed as a holiday or half- holiday in the public offices of the Commonwealth in Canberra.".
