A M E N D M E N T OF PUBLIC H E A L T H (DAIRY)

\ REGULATIONS.

After regulation 33 of the Public Health (Dairy) Regulations the

following regulation is inserted:— •

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

an analyst for the purpose of the examination or analysis of .milk mllkoror*-am- " 33A.—(1. ) The Minister may appoint any qualified person to be Anoiysiaqi

or cream under these Regulations.

"(2.) Every certificate of the result of an analysis shall be prima

facie evidence of the facts stated therein.". • '
