Amendment of Public Health (Dairy) Regulations (ACT)

T WILLIAM MORRIS HUGHES, Minister of State for Health, •*-, acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for the Interior, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Seat of Government (Administration) Ordinance 1930 and the Public Health Ordinance 1928-1930, hereby make the following Regulations.

Regulation' thirty-three of the Public Health (Dairy) Regulations is repealed and the following regulation inserted in its stead:—
" 33. Where any sample of milk or cream has been taken by an Authorized Officer in accordance with the last preceding regulation, he shall—
(a) divide each sample into two portions.
(b) place each portion in a separate bottle seal each bottle with
Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at an official seal and affix to each bottle a label bearing the distinguishing number of the sample the date upon which the sample is taken the name and address of the owner of the milk or cream and the name of the person from whom the sample is obtained.
(c) return one portion to the person in charge of the vehicle can or container or premises from which the sample has been taken.
