1928-1930, hereby make the following Regulation.

AMENDMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH (BOARDING HOUSES)

REGULATIONS.

1. Regulation 3 of the Public Health (Boarding Houses) Regula-

tions is amended—

(«) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) the words "and

forward therewith an application fee of Ten shillings";

« and

. (/)) by omitting from sub-regulation (5) the words "and.pay

a renewal fee therefor of Ten shillings".

2. The Schedule to the Public Health (Boarding Houses) Regula- tions is amended by omitting from Form A the words " The.registration fee of 10s. is forwarded herewith in the form of cash, cheque, postal note.",
