Regulations under the Public Baths Ordinances 1931.

1. Regulation 10 of the Publ ic Baths Regulations is repealed and tho following regulation inserted in its stead:—•

The holder of a season ticket and any one of the members of a family to whom a family ticket is issued shall be entitled on present- ing the ticket at the public baths stated on that ticket to admission at all hours during which those baths are open for the admission of the public during the season stated on that ticket.
(3.) Between the hours of 10 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. on week-days,
except Saturdays, a charge shall not be made for the admission ofchildren if the child or children are, in the opinion of the superintendent,
in or under the care of a responsible person. : (4.) I n addition to the above charges for hire, a deposit of Eive shillings shall be made for a bathing costume and towel, or Four shil- lings for a bathing costume, or One shilling for a towel, so hired, and such deposit shall be refunded upon the re turn of the costume and towel, or costume, or towel, as the case may be, in good order and condition.

(5 . ) t I n these Regulations, unless, the contrary intention appears, " Jun io r " means boy or gir l under the age of fifteen years ; " Eamily " means two .adults and all the children of the family
under the ago of fifteen years ;
" Season" means the period commencing on the first' day of November in any year or any earlier day that the Minister may determine and ending on the thirty-first day of March in the following year or any subsequent day that the Minis- ter may determine."
£. Regulation 11 of the Public Baths Regulations is repealed and the following regulation inserted in i ts stead:-—•

"Week days (excepting Saturdays)—6.30 .a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and
1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturdays—6.30. a.m. to 12 noon, and 12.30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Sundays—7.30 a.m. to l p . m . , and 2 p.m.' to 6.30 p.m."
