Amendment of Meat Regulations 1920 (ACT)

REGULATIONS UNDER THE MEAT ORDINANCE 1920.

Y virtue of the provisions of the Meat Ordinance 1020, I,

B Alexander Poynton, the Minister of State for Home and

Territories, hereby make the following regulation, to come

into operation forthwith.

AMENDMENT OF MEAT REGULATIONS 1920.

.Meat Regulation No. 5 of the Meat Regulations 1920 fs amended by adding, at the end thereof, the following sub- regulation :—•

5. (2) The Minister may, by notice' published in the Gazette, revoke or vary any declaration made in pursu- ance of the last preceding sub-regulation.
