Regulations under the Fish Protection Ordinance

1929-1931.

I ARTHUR BLAKELEY, the Minister of State for Home Affairs, ,

in pursuance of the powers conferred upon me by the Fish Protection Ordinance 1929-1931, hereby make the following regulation to come into operation forthwith.

AMENDMENT OF P I S H PROTECTION REGULATIONS.

After regulation 4 of the Fish Protection Regulations the following

regulation is inserted:—

"4A.—(1.) The following, fees shall be payable to the Registrar for

a' licence to take fish:—

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

s. d.
Licence for a male angler, available for one season . . 5 0

Licence for a female angler, available for one season .2 6

; Licence for a boy angler under 17 years of age, avail- :
able for one season . . . . . . . . 2 6
: .•.
Licence available for one week •. . . . 2 • 6

(2.) The Civic Administrator may, whenever he thinks fit, remit

any fee payable under this regulation."
