Amendment of Education Regulations (ACT)
Regulations under the Education Ordinance 1928-1930.

I , pursuance of the powers conferred upon me by the Scat of
Government (Administration) Ordinance 1930-1933 and by the
Education Ordinance 1928-1930, hereby make the following Regulations. Dated this tenth day of March, 1936.

A M E E D M E E T OE E D U C A T I O N R E G U L A T I O N S .
| Definitions. | 1. Regulation 3 of the Education Regulations is amended by omitting the definition of " Attendance Officer " and inserting in its stead the following definition::— |
" ' Attendance Inspec tor ' means the Attendance Inspector appointed 'by the Minister in pursuance of these Regula- tions ; " .
2. The Education Regulations are amended by inserting in P a r t I I . thereof the following regulations:—

4. Regulation 11 of the Education Regulations is repealed and the following regulation inserted in its stead:—

NOTE.—The certificate on this form should be completed in the case of scholars for whose absence no satisfactory reason has been assigned. Every care must be taken in entering the particulars, since the certificate may be used as evidence in Court.
Any written excuse or medical certificate received by the teacher from parent or "uardian in regard to the child concerning whom action is recommended should he attached°to this Form.
