makes the following Regulations, to come into operation forthwith.

Form of Lease..

1. Regulation 3 of the City Area Lenses Regulations is omitted and

ihe following regulation is inserted in its stead :—

"3.—(1) A lease may be in the form in the Schedule to the City

Area Leases Regulations.

(2) A lease shall contain such of the covenants included in that form as the Federal Capital Commission thinks necessary or advis- able, and maj' contain such other covenants ns that Commission thinks necessary or advisable."

2. Regulation 4 of the City Area Leases Regulations is amended by omitting the words " The Minister " and inserting in their stead the words "The Federal Capital Commission, by its officers, servants, or agents,".
