REGULATIONS UNDER THE BUILDING AND SERVICES

ORDINANCE 1924-1928.

PURSUANT to the powers conferred upon it by the Building ami Services Ordinance 1924-1928, the Federal Capital Commission,	appointed under the Seat of Government (Administration') Act 1924-
1926, hereby makes the following Regulation to come into operation as from the first day of January, 1929.

AMENDMENT OF CANBERRA SEWERAGE AND "WATER SUPPLY

REGULATIONS. '

Regulation 95A of the Canberra Sewerage and Water Supply Regulations is amended by omitting, in sub-regulation (2) where first occurring, the word " shall" and inserting in its stead the word "may" .
