PU R S U A N T to the powers conferred upon me by the Building and

Services Ordinance 1924-1928,1, John Arthur Perkins, Minister of State for the Interior, hereby make the following Regulations to come into operation as from the 1st July, 1933.

A M E N D M E N T OF CANBERRA S E W E R A G E AND.-WATER ; :
SUPPLY R E G U L A T I O N S . '

1. Regulation 95 of the Canberra Sewerage and Water Supply Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (2) the words " and threepence ".

2. After regulation 95 of the Canberra Sewerage and Water Supply Regulations the following regulation is inserted:—

" 95A. Notwithstanding anything contained in the last preceding regulation ^here"water is supplied through -n meter 'to any parcel of land leased iinder the provisions of the Leases Ordinance 1918-1927, the dhangfe shafll .be e t the rate of one shilling per thousand gallons shown by the meter .to have been consumed :

Provided that the charge for any quantity of water consumed during each of the two periods of six months commencing on the 1st July and the 1st January, respectively in each year, in excess of ••91,000 gallons, shall be at the rate of one shilling and sixpence per thousand .gallons shown by the meter to have been consumed.".
