AMENDMENT OF CANBERRA SEWERAGE AND WATER

SUPPLY REGULATIONS.

After regulation 119 of the Canberra Sewerage and Water Supply

Regulations the following regulation is inserted:—

Exemption of " 1 1 9 A . Notwithstanding anything contained in .this Part , the

sciwoiVroperty. Minister may, by notice in the Gazelle, exempt any parcel of land used for church or school purposes, and specified in the notice, from payment of charges for sewerage and water services, or from payment of portion of those charges, for such period (whether before or after the commence- ment of this regulation) as is specified in the notice.".
