PURSUANT to the powers conferred upon it by the Canberra Community Hospital Board Ordinance 1935-1938, the Canberra

Community Hospital Board hereby makes the following By-laws.

AMENDMENT OF CANBERRA COMMUNITY HOSPITAL

BOARD BY-LAWS.

Part X. of the Canberra Community Hospital Board By-laws is amended by inserting at the end of the provisions headed " H General" the following provision:—

" In cases where the Board permits the portable X-ray Plant
to be used elsewhere than at the Hospital the charge shall—subject

to the conditions laid down—be Ten Pounds and Ten Shillings."
