I, JULIA EILEEN GILLARD, Minister for Education, make this determination under Subsections 3(1) and 5D(1) of the Student Assistance Act 1973.

(i)         CITATION

This Determination may be cited as Amendment No 1 to Determination No 2007/1 - Determination of Education Institutions and Courses under subsections 3(1) and 5D(1) of the Student Assistance Act 1973.

(ii)        AUTHORITY

This Determination is made under subsections 3(1) and 5D(1) of the Student Assistance Act 1973.

(iii)       DATE OF EFFECT

This Determination commences on 22 December 2007. 

(iv)      AMENDMENT

This Determination amends Determination No. 2007/1 - Determination of Education Institutions and Courses under subsections 3(1) and 5D(1) of the Student Assistance Act 1973 registered on 21 December 2007 (see  F2007L04935) and which commenced on 22 December 2007.

(v)       DETAIL OF AMENDMENTS

Determination No. 2007/1 - Determination of Education Institutions and Courses under subsections 3(1) and 5D(1) of the Student Assistance Act 1973 is amended as follows:

Item 1

At Schedule 3 – Approved Tertiary Courses at Masters Level insert the following additional courses:

  • Charles Sturt University – Master of Exercise Science (Rehabilitation)

  • Monash University  – Master of Organisational Psychology

  • Murdoch University  – Master of Applied Psychology (Clinical)

  • Murdoch University –  Master of Applied Psychology (Organisational)

  • Murdoch University – Master of Pharmacy

  • Murdoch University – Master of Professional Accounting

  • University of New England – Master of Special Education.
