Amendment - List of Specimens Taken to be Suitable for Live Import – s303EB

I, Alex Rankin, Delegate of the Minister for the Environment and Heritage, pursuant to paragraph 303EC(1)(c) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, make the following correction to Part 2 of the list of specimens taken to be suitable for live import, established under s303EB of the EPBC Act, under the heading Vertebrate Animals, Class: Mammalia:

Change:	Aotus trivirgatus	Northern Owl Monkey	II	Eligible non-commercial purposes only, excluding household pets.
To:	Aotus trivirgatus	Northern Owl Monkey	II	Eligible non-commercial purposed only, excluding household pets.  High security facilities only.
