I, Ms Anne-Marie Josephine Delahunt, Assistant Secretary, Wildlife Australia Branch of the Natural Heritage Division, as Delegate of the Minister for the Environment and Heritage under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 as amended (the Act), hereby declare under subsections 303EC(1)(c) and
(2), the following amendments to Part 2 of the List of Specimens Taken to be Suitable for Live Import for the purpose of the Act:

Add: Pyrrhalta luteola elm leaf beetle Research only.
High security facilities only.
