Amendment - List of Specimens Taken to be Suitable for Live Import – s303EB

I, Ian Cresswell, Delegate of the Minister for the Environment and Heritage, pursuant to paragraph 303EC(1)(c) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, make the following corrections to Part 1 and Part 2 of the list of specimens taken to be suitable for live import, established under s303EB of the EPBC Act, under the Class: Osteichthyes, in the appropriate alphabetical position:

Part 1

Change:	All species of the family Labridae	Wrasses
To:	All species of the family Labridae excluding Cheilinus undulatus	Wrasses

Part 2

Include: Cheilinus undulatus Humphead Wrasse II

These changes will take effect from 12 January 2005.
