Amendment - List of Specimens Taken to be Suitable for Live Import – s303EB

I, Joanne Leigh Evans, Delegate of the Minister for the Environment and Heritage, pursuant to paragraph 303EC(1)(c) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, make the following corrections to Part 2 of the list of specimens taken to be suitable for live import, established under s.303EB of the EPBC Act, under Mammals (Mammalia):

Part 2

Replace:	Nycticebus coucang	Slow Loris	I	Eligible non-commercial purpose only, excluding household pets.
With:	Nycticebus coucang	Slow Loris	II	Eligible non-commercial purpose only, excluding household pets.
