1              Name of Instrument

(1)This Instrument is the Amendment Determination under section 84AH of the National Health Act 1953 (2015) (No. 1).

(2)This Instrument may also be cited as PB 16 of 2015.

2              Commencement

    This Instrument commences on 1 March 2015.

3              Amendments to PB 58 of 2007

Schedule 1 amends the legislative instrument titled Determination under section 84AH of the National Health Act 1953 (PB 58 of 2007) (as amended).

1. Schedule 1, after entry for Erythromycin Powder for I.V.  infusion 1 g (as lactobionate), 50mL :

   insert:

Escitalopram Oral solution 20 mg (as oxalate) per mL, 15 mL Oral

1. Schedule 1, after entry for Levodopa with Carbidopa Tablet 200 mg-50 mg (anhydrous) (modified release) :

   insert:

Mercaptopurine Oral suspension 20 mg per mL, 100 mL Oral
