I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Ambulance Service Act 1982 .15 October 2001

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Ambulance Service Amendment Regulations 2001 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which the Ambulance Service (Fees) Regulations 2001 commence. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Ambulance Service Regulations 1983 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 23 rescinded (Fees for ambulance services provided by Director)Regulation 23 of the Principal Regulations is rescinded. 5Schedule 1 rescindedSchedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is rescinded.
