s1 2 s3 Ambulance Service Amendment (No. 4) No. 442, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Ambulance Service Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Ambulance Service Regulation 1991 . ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Definitions) 3.(1) Section 3, definition “children” — omit, insert — ‘ “child” means a subscriber’s dependent child, stepchild or foster child until— (a) if the child is a full-time student at a recognised educational institution— (i) the child reaches 25 years of age; or (ii) the child’s yearly taxable income is more than $5 400.00; whichever happens first; or (b) if the child is not a full-time student— (i) 1 March following the child’s 17th birthday; or (ii) the child’s yearly taxable income is more than $1 786.00; whichever happens first. “DOGIT community” means a group of Aboriginal people living on DOGIT land. “DOGIT land” has the meaning given by section 2.07 of the AboriginalLand Act 1991 .’. (2) Section 3, definition “member” — insert — ‘(e) who is a member of a DOGIT community.’.

Schedule— insert — ‘DOGIT community Level A (a) a family subscription for each 4 members of the community; or (b) if the subscription calculated under paragraph (a) for the whole community for a year is paid in advance—96% of the calculated subscription.’.
