s1 2 s3 Ambulance Service Amendment Regulation (No. 3) No. 218, 2001 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Ambulance Service Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Ambulance Service Regulation 1991 . 3 Amendment of s 7 (Fees for services) Section 7(1)(b)— omit, insert— ‘(b) for ambulance attendance if ambulance transport is refused or not required and an ambulance officer examines a patient or provides a patient with first aid or emergency treatment—the greater of— (i) $74.00; or (ii) $10.15 for each kilometre or part of a kilometre travelled by the ambulance, to a maximum of $706.00; or’.
