s1 2 s5 Ambulance Service Amendment (No. 3) No. 333, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Ambulance Service Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1994 . ˙ Commencement 2. Section 5(1) of this regulation commences on 1 September 1994. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Ambulance Service Regulation 1991 . ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Definitions) 4. Section 3, definition “medical practitioner”— omit . ˙ Amendment of s 7 (Fees for services) 5.(1) Section 7— insert — ‘ (1A) If the Queensland Ambulance Service receives an amount from the Motor Accident Insurance Fund for providing ambulance services to a person, a fee is not payable under this section by the person for the services.’. (2) Section 7(6)— omit, insert — ‘ (6) This section does not apply to the special use of ambulance services and vehicles for which the Commissioner has set fees under section 7.4(4) of the Act.’.
