s1 2 s3 Ambulance Service Amendment (No. 2) No. 357, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Ambulance Service Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Ambulance Service Regulation 1991 . ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Definitions) 3.(1) Section 3, definition “family” — omit. (2) Section 3— insert— ‘ “de facto relationship” is the relationship between 2 persons who, although they are not legally married to each other, live in a relationship like the relationship between a legally married couple. “family” , of a subscriber, means— (a) the subscriber’s spouse or a person in a de facto relationship with the subscriber; or (b) children residing with the subscriber or a person mentioned in paragraph (a).’.
