Ambulance Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Ambulance Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Ambulance Service Regulation 2003. 3 Amendment of sch 1 (Agreements) (1) Schedule 1, part 1, after ‘in the State of Queensland’’— insert — ‘, as amended by the deeds of variation dated 16 September 2011 and 12 January 2012’. (2) Schedule 1, part 2, ‘2 September 2008’— omit, insert — ‘8 August 2011’. (3) Schedule 1, part 2, ‘2008-09’— omit, insert — ‘for the 2011-12 financial year’. (4) Schedule 1, part 2— insert — ‘The agreement dated 1 June 2011 called, ‘Memorandum of Understanding in relation to Queensland Health Authorised Transports between Queensland Health and the Department of Community Safety through Queensland Ambulance Service’.’.
