s1 2 s5 Ambulance Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) No. 103, 2001 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Ambulance Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2001. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Ambulance Service Regulation 1991. 4 Amendment of s 4 (Subscriptions) Section 4(2) and (3)— omit, insert— ‘ (2) Subscriptions are payable by 1 payment each year at the following rates— (a) family—$95.00; (b) single—$60.00; (c) family veteran—$60.00; (d) single veteran—$44.00. ‘ (3) However, subscriptions mentioned in subsection (2)(a) and (b) may be paid by instalments at the following rates— (a) family subscription—$4.30 per fortnight; (b) single subscription—$3.00 per fortnight.’. 5 Amendment of s 7 (Fees for services) (1) Section 7(1)(aa), ‘$676.00’— omit, insert— ‘$706.00’. (2) Section 7(1)(ab)(i), ‘$252.00’— omit, insert—
