s1 2 s5 Ambulance Service Amendment (No. 1) No. 204, 1999 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Ambulance Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1999 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Ambulance Service Regulation 1991 . ˙ Commencement 3. This regulation commences on 1 September 1999. ˙ Replacement of certain words before s 2 (Commencement) 4. Before section 2, ‘This’ to ‘ 1991 .’— omit, insert — ˙ ‘ Short title ‘ 1. This regulation may be cited as the Ambulance Service Regulation 1991. ’. ˙ Amendment of s 4 (Subscriptions) 5. Section 4(2) and (3)— omit, insert— ‘ (2) Subscriptions are payable by 1 payment each year at the following rates— (a) family—$90.00; (b) single—$57.00; (c) family veteran—$57.00; (d) single veteran—$42.00. ‘ (3) However, subscriptions mentioned in subsection (2)(a) and (b) may be paid by instalments at the following rates—
