s1 2 s5 Ambulance Service Amendment (No. 1) No. 188, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Ambulance Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1998 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1998. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Ambulance Service Regulation 1991 . ˙ Amendment of s 4 (Subscriptions) 4. Section 4(2)— omit, insert— ‘ (2) Subscriptions are payable by 1 payment each year at the following rates— (a) family—$89.00; (b) single—$56.00; (c) family pensioner—$56.00; (d) single pensioner—$42.00.’. ˙ Amendment of s 7 (Fees for services) 5.(1) Section 7(1)(a), ‘$281.00’— omit, insert— ‘$285.00’. (2) Section 7(1)(a), ‘$9.40’— omit, insert— ‘$9.55’. (3) Section 7(1)(b), ‘$9.40’—
