s1 2 s5 Ambulance Service Amendment (No. 1) No. 146, 1997 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Ambulance Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1997 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1997. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Ambulance Service Regulation 1991 . ˙ Amendment of s 4 (Subscriptions) 4. Section 4(2)— omit, insert— ‘ (2) Subscriptions are payable by 1 payment each year at the following rates— (a) family—$88.00; (b) single—$55.00; (c) family pensioner—$55.00; (d) single pensioner—$41.00.’. ˙ Amendment of s 7 (Fees for services) 5.(1) Section 7(1)(a), ‘$277.00’— omit, insert— ‘$281.00’. (2) Section 7(1)(a), ‘$9.25’— omit, insert— ‘$9.40’.
