s1 2 s5 Ambulance Service Amendment (No. 1) No. 135, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Ambulance Service Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1996. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Ambulance Service Regulation 1991 . ˙ Amendment of s 4 (Subscriptions) 4. Section 4(2) and (3)— omit, insert— ‘ (2) Subscriptions are payable by 1 payment each year at the following rates— (a) family—$87.00; (b) single—$54.00; (c) family pensioner—$54.00; (d) single pensioner—$40.00. ‘ (3) However, subscriptions mentioned in subsection (2)(a) and (b) may be paid by instalments at the following rates— (a) family subscription—$3.70 per fortnight; (b) single subscription—$2.60 per fortnight.’. ˙ Amendment of s 7 (Fees for services) 5.(1) Section 7(1)(a), ‘$268.00’— omit, insert— ‘$277.00’. (2) Section 7(1)(a), ‘$8.95’—
